I don't know how much more obvious it can get that Trump knew about this beforehand, it's classic "dupers delight" that he's getting from seeing Melania's surprise. Thankfully he's a bit too senile to keep it together for the cameras.

EDIT2: Yes my wording is extremely clickbait - no this is not a slam dunk - yes he could just be lagging behind reacting to Melania react to the crowd - yes this is conspiracy posting without solid evidence. There's still a lot of reason to question the legitimacy of this attempt, the bar for speculation is really low when it comes to Trump, and I liked the image so here we are :)
