I pretty much know what to expect for bmt, but I just got my job today and I was wondering what it will be like as a woman going into maintenance. Will there be other women around? What do the class sizes look like in tech school? What can I expect from the classes, and the workplace once I'm at my first duty station? I'm just hoping to be able to get an understanding of what this job will look like and the people I will be around
