I'm currently on a quest that requires catching rockadoodlers but no matter how hard I try, I can never seem to find any in their spawn area. According to the wiki, they're meant to be common, but I think that's a lie. I have all the right conditions, I keep resetting the area using mail boxes to try and generate more. I need to catch 10 and I've gotten 1 in 20 minutes. Does anybody have any tips on how to make it easier to catch them?

Edit: Okay so as soon as I posted this they started spawning like crazy. None for ages then I got them all when this post went up. I think the universe just wanted to mess with me lol
