I want to find a way to make a diy nasal spray with probiotics to try and fix my chronic sinus infections. Has anyone tried this?

Looking to buy inexpensive VIP. I don't mind injecting. I am on a budget and located in Canada and like everything else in Canada, the nasal spray is expensive. Does anyone know where I can find some for a relatively decent price? Thanks!
