Apparently they have zero understanding of the encryption that VR&E ch.31 office and are more than happy to ignore your rep., consistent of them not to certify. I cant understand why, my credit were approved on my end and vr&e before the start of this term...the wgu Va just acted like that wasnt the case ( it was 5g at one point- paid in a lump at the end one month and now this term is unpaid. They expect 100% for me in performance while im finically screwed. I cant keep this up honsetly its crippling to have pay withheld while taking on 18+ credits. What is the path to a formal complaint or is this normal for them to just brush of all attempts by my rep to certify at the beginning of the term?!
