To start off with i am on week 2 so I know ive to give it time.
I am 26, im 176.5cm tall and my starting weight was 82.9kg and am now down a whopping kg.
I started on 2.5mg ,felt the food noise subside (I still count calories however) ,I then did 3mg this week on sunday night but I feel like the food noise is back this week and has been here all week. Nevertheless I persevere with the calorie counting although I have slipped up the last 2 days to some extent. I exercise 4-6 times a week. I walk 20 mins a day and lift weights for approx 40-60 mins 4-6 times a week. Also I know water intake is very important but i have been drinking atleast 2l of water a day for the last number of years so that isn't a problem.
Should I up the dose or whats going on cause my friend (albiet she is medically obese according to the bmi scale ) has had great success with the weight loss and is down over 10kg in her first month.
Im just a bit frustrated that my food noise is not as quiet as it was the first week I took the jab.
