I am trying to gain information here. I’ve heard / saw YouTube videos saying clear skateboard grip tape applied over the plate will obscure the Flock camera from being able to read the plate.
Does anyone have facts about this?
Any other proven method to make plate visible to human eye but not to Flock cameras?
