My application got denied 5 years ago bcuz of my old felony charge, Well that felony charge is from 2017 and google says they only check the last 7 years on your record so i'm wanting to reapply to be a doordash driver but can't figure out how to. I tried checkr support and they told me doordash themselves have to initiate the new background check.. But I can't find nothing on the app to get a new check ran for me. Somewhere I was told to make a new account with a new email but I tried.. But bcuz I still have the same phone number as when I did my last application I can't make a new account under a new email. Please help
