I have been creeping on all of the subreddits regarding dynasty football for over a year now. I have noticed that most benches in dynasty league from whatever posts I saw have 15-20 players allowed. My league only has 10 Bench spots along with our starters. Is it wrong for me to ask to extend our benches to include a couple of more spots? My commissioner is giving me a lot of pushback privately instead of discussing it within the league chat openly.

I managed to get Lemon (1.03), Tyson (1.04), and Mendoza (1.07) to my team and now need to drop 3 players. Here is my roster.

QBs: Purdy, Williams, Tua, Shadeur, & Mendoza

RBs: Bijan, Cook, Hendo, Skat, & Tracy

WRs: Lamb, Rome, BTJ, Jayden Higgins, Tre Harris, Troy Franklin, Parker Washington, Makai Lemon, and Jordyn Tyson.

TEs: Loveland, Terrance Ferguson (my bad lol), Juwan Johnson, and Mason Taylor

Unfortunately, we only have 10 bench spots, which makes my dilemma harder. I am leaning to drop Harris and Franklin, but the 3rd spot I am having a more difficult time.

So, I traded for 1.03 & 1.04 a couple months back because I know who will fall to me most likely. I still have my 1.07 pick, which I could use for another player (Mendoza I could pontentially snipe him, I understand it is crazy). I am at an impasse of offering a trade to my league mate for their 1.05 since they are WR needy, but most of the top WRs will be gone by their pick—and I do not want to screw them over either. Any thoughts or advice?

Picks (outside of my 2026): a 2027 1st, 2 2027 2nds, a 2028 2nd, and a 2028 3rd (Cannot use my 2029 picks for trades yet).

I wish our bench spots were bigger for my league…but if it goes how I predict my picks should be Lemon, Tyson, and Mendoza for my 2026 picks.
