My new phone (Redmi A4 5G)

Has a bug in its system gallery app in which the grid is starting from 3 columns and directly switches to 5 columns skipping the 4th column entirely, I tried different gallery apps but it's not any better and google photos is horrendously bugged as well

This started when I restarted my phone when it was new
