I’m a little ashamed to say that I like to have several drinks on Fridays and the weekend, but at the same time I lift heavy and am active. I’m not shredded by all means though. I just love to eat healthy/high protein and get my cardio in throughout the week. Is this balance or should I cool it down? I’m 35 and a parent. Does anyone else relate?
