I’m a 121lbs 5’2 female, not sure what my fa percentage is but my stomach fa is definitely visible and i’m not lean. i started hitting my private apartment gym as a complete beginner about 2-3 months ago and i only see progress on my biceps and triceps a bit since that’s all i work on. I want to lose my fat and look more jacked.
I don’t know how to balance meals or how much of what i should eat. I heard a lot of people recommending creatine but again i know that causes bloating and puffiness and i’m a bit scared. Though I am going for a pretty masculine build as possible.
Can someone get my shit right? No idea where and how to start fresh.
