I’m planning to form an LLC in New York for a consulting business and trying to understand whether it’s worth paying for a registered agent service. I’ve seen that you can sometimes act as your own, but I’m not sure if that causes issues later.

For those who’ve set up an LLC in New York, did you use a registered agent service or handle it yourself? If you hired one, which provider did you go with and why?

I visited a tech store two days ago to check top rated tablets for graphic design and drawing I wanted smooth pen I wanted fast screen I wanted color accuracy But when I checked I felt disappointed. Some tablets look powerful but pen lag is visible. Some look premium but drawing pressure feels weak. Some sellers say best for artists but no real demo shown. I could not trust them. I could not decide confidently. I is thinking drawing needs more than just fast hardware.
Then I visited another shop in the same area. They showed Apple iPad Pro with Apple Pencil support. They showed Samsung Galaxy Tab S series with S Pen. They showed Wacom drawing tablets for professional artists. I remembered one design student who said wrong tablet made shading very hard That made me hesitate even more. I is thinking pen accuracy and screen smoothness matter most for creative work. Some models focus on color. Some focus on latency. Some focus on app support.
while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I saw many graphic design tablet options Some show high end iPad models Some show Android drawing tablets Some show professional Wacom displays Some show budget pen tablets for beginners Some were expencive Some were budget Some reviews say very smooth drawing experience Some say battery drain issue during heavy use This made me excited but also confused again I is not suer which tablet is truly best for artists
Now I am thinking best tablet depends on skill level and software support What would you choose for drawing high end iPad or professional Wacom display tablet?

I do not fully understand how it is decided or why it can be different for each person.
