I'm still relatively new to this, admittedly a skeptic historically but I've had an experience using SATS specifically for a "ladder experiment" type test for something EXTREMELY unlikely (getting a message from someone I have not spoken to in SEVEN YEARS) and 2-3 days after doing that for only a couple of nights, she messaged me out of the blue.
Now the previous week I did something similar, I envisioned an ex I don't really care about, CALLING me, who I haven't talked to in a year to the date, she also called me about a week later, out the blue. BUT this particular ex, checks in on me at least once a year so I was like, ehhh that's not too out of the ordinary.
But for the second woman, as much as my logical brain is trying to find ways to go "hmmmmm that could be a coincidence" I gotta acknowledge that the whole reason I chose that woman was because it WAS soooo unlikely. Like even while doing SATS I was like "ha, now if THIS happened that'd be crazy and I couldn't argue against it.
So, back to the point of this post, I know Neville said it's easiest to impress your subconscious mind during a drowsy, pre-sleep state but I've seen a lot of people say they spend time in the day consciously taking time to meditate or just sit down calmly and envision, maybe whenever they have a break or spare minute or in the shower, etc.
I'm curious, what are your guys' experience as far as envisioning in a completely alert, maybe repetitive way(Like you just do it whenever you remember to during the day, every day until your scene comes to fruition) or more like a ladder experiment where you do it in SATS for 3 nights and then you drop it? Or even maybe even scripting the scene(as in you're writing what you want someone to say to you, or like writing a letter as if you're the person that already has the thing) I have not tried the latter yet, but I'm very interested in what method seems to bring your scenes to the 3D best, or even inspires you having the "feeling" best, as I know every single person is different and I have a theory that what works for people best depends on their personality type. Or even certain mental conditions (like attention disorders)
