Hi, just moved into a new apartment and these grease stains were left by the previous occupant. Although I am a renter, I’m willing to go out of my way to fix this. (IT’S SUCH AN EYESORE😭)

Any suggestions on how I might clean this concrete/cement (?) - without blocking off my neighbors’ entryway?

I’m unsure how long these have been here but I’m willing to bet at least a year, if not several.
