Need advice
So I obviously way overweight and obese im 27 years old male last i checked i was roughly 5 ft 10 in and weighing in at 311. As of currently im on a severe cut a maximum of 1500 calories still hitting 200g of protein daily my question to everyone here is will this be safe? What are my risks? Im a week in currently and down 5 lbs already and I need some tips to keep the weight off and hopefully not have a ton of lose skin any advice is appreciated at this point😅
My wedding is next year and the more I can lose the better for me and my 2 little boys i know its an uphill climb for sure. Im aware that I can very well lose lean muscle with a cut this low but if im not mistaken the protein intake should help with that? I work 12 to 13 hours a day and have 2 under 2 so the amount of free time I have any more is minimal but I am trying body weight exercises at home to help facilitate this loss as well.
