I have a Brother Innovis NV1800Q

In the last few days it's been a total nightmare to use.

I've got an odd rattle coming from the bobbin/plate and my top thread keeps breaking.

I've replaced the needle, the bobbin, the thread.

I've opened up the plate and dusted, and I've oiled.

It sounds like the bobbin is... Bouncy?

It's hard to describe.

The actual stitch is fine, tension is perfect, stitches are even right before the break and no mess with threads on the bottom.

Has anyone else had this issue? I cannot afford to get it serviced as I'd need to travel to another city!

Any help would be seriously appreciated.
