Yesterday I travel to Tokyo Disneyland with my wife. While returning home at night we took JR Keiko line from Maihama station to Shin-Kiba station. My wife left her wallet in the train where her Residence card, My number card and other important things were inside. We got struck by this sudden chaos because of tiredness and don't have any command over Japanese language. We talked to the station master at Shin-Kiba at once. They heard our issue and tried to provide help with translator tools and by contacting other station over the line, as the JR Keiko line runs through Maihama to Tokyo. As we have contacted him right away there was no lost item reported anywhere. After 10 mins of struggling by the station master he suggested us to wait for the returning train and try to look into the train on our own if the wallet still lying on the floor or not. I found it not so helpful but from station master ends I think it was a okayish suggestion as he got nothing else to do for us. I stormed back to Keiko line towards Tokyo station with my wife as she got no transportation card with her at that moment, but most importantly she lost her all identification cards as well. another reason to go Tokyo station apart from it was the last stop, that I was wishing that station masters in Tokyo station have good command over English. And that was a good decision after all. The station master heard our issue, got into his room inside to check and by reconfirming our lost items told us that a lost is reported and the wallet is found in Hatchobori station and kept there. We thanked him and went to Hatchobori station, the 2nd last stop of route Maihama-Tokyo via JR Keiko line. We found wallet there. Have to fill up a form writing down name, address and phone number. Thanked station master over there and thanked the unknown person who took the wallet and submitted it to the station master. I don't know who the person was, and I don't know whether will I be able to thank that person, but we are really grateful. It was late night, we live far away from Tokyo, we still had to travel ~2 hours, new in Japan, no command over Japanese, without helpfulness of the kind hearted people, we could have get into a disaster we don't know how to solve.

Thanks again.
