The art is loose inside the frame, you can shake it around. The back has a hand written note and I don’t really want to destroy it. Advice on how to fix it? So much appreciation for y’all!

Picked this up at thrift, immediately fell in love. When I reverse image searched it C. Jeré came up, but there is no signature and I read some have been remade. Penny for your thoughts!
