I lost my tech job due to a layoff and haven't been able to find another for a year. I have a little saved up but I also have a sick relative needing care in another country, anyone know if there's any accredited MBA one could do fully online? Especially one that's affordable? I figure MBA would open up my job chances. I'm 39yrs old and wonder if age is affecting my hire-ability in tech. I'm not too crazy about software engineering so I'm fine pivoting to something else via an MBA. I know the job market is tough but other than this older relative, I have no other dependant so would be fine with just any job. Uber eats and delivery gig jobs aren't working for me since I don't use my brain much. Wouldn't also mind learning basics of business so I could run my own someday. My brain is currently too "techy" and want to break out of that mould.
Open to any meaningful suggestions or advice.
