I have come into an issue with my 2008 FJ Cruiser where my rear passenger brake was seized. I tore it all the way down to the rotor. Checked functionality of the caliper, good, pads also free and the only thing a little suspect was the slides. They were a bit tough to remove during dissasembly. So I replace the slide boots, clean up the slide pins, and reassemble, cleaning and lubricating all sliding surfaces along the way. 30mins down the road and the same brake is siezed again. Take it apart to find the bottom pin tough to remove. What am I doing wrong? I am doing the same thing as I have been doing for years past when servicing brakes with no issues.
