I'm pre-grading some or my cards and noticed this ex sandstorm reverse holo taillow has some white ink splotches on the back.

This was a solid PSA 10 contender if it wasn't for the error. Would someone like cgc recognize this error? It's such a clean copy other than the splotches, so I'd really like to get it graded.
