I’ve lived in different cities, but I’ve never seen this level of casual vulgarity normalized like this—dragging someone’s mother or sister into every other insult and calling it ‘culture.’ That’s not culture, that’s a lack of basic respect.
We keep blaming governments for everything—pollution, unemployment, accountability—but look at how we behave daily. The way we speak reflects exactly who we are, and right now it’s embarrassing.
Try this once—abuse someone without bringing their mother or sister into it. If that feels impossible, that’s the problem.
And yes, it’s just as frustrating to see some women encourage this and laugh it off as comedy. Normalizing this kind of language—no matter who does it—only makes it worse.
If we can’t even fix how we speak, what exactly are we expecting to improve?
