When have you observed (or engaged in) weaponized incompetence? What is the most effective response to counteract someone's weaponized incompetence?
Definition of terms:
"Weaponized incompetence" is when someone (whether knowingly or unknowingly) demonstrates an inability to perform or master certain tasks, thereby forcing other people to take on more work. It can occur at home (e.g., house chores), at school (e.g. group projects), in the workplace, or any social environment that require a sharing of responsibilities and results in an unfair distribution of labor.
