Need to replace shower drain flange but... how even?
I noticed i have a leak from my shower drain into the basement and went to check it out. Figured it was the gasket, but i ran water to test and found that the leak is actually coming from around the outside edge of the flange. Simple enough solution, just replace the flange. But it's wayyy up there, approximately 6 inches from the bottom of these wooden planks. Not only can i not fit my hand in there to attempt to unscrew the nut, but even if i DID get it unscrewed (possibly by banging it with a hammer and long screwdriver), how would i ever get a new nut tightened in place?
