I started Reta in January and lost 25 pounds while still gaining muscle. I’m currently at about 19% body fat while taking 6mg of Reta a week and my goal is 12%. Once I reach my goal, is it better to go on 1mg of Reta or 2.5mg Tirz or 0.25mg of semaglutide? At the 12% stage I would like to start clean bulking but permanently staying between 12%-15%, basically just want some help with food noise but not eat into my muscle gains (while still hitting the gym of course).
