Got a P06DE (oil pressure control curcuit stuck on) on a 2015 JK. Cleared code. Test drove with scanner and it seems to function normally. Then threw the code again many months later. Again, seems to be functioning fine when watching it switch with my scanner.

My question is:

Should I buy the whole oil pump assembly from the dealer, or has anyone had good luck and longevity with replacing only the oil pressure control valve itself with an aftermarket part such as Dorman or Standard brand?
