To prepare for literature paper 1, I want you to put down the most diabolical interpretations you said / heard about your literature texts. I'll start:

  1. I once told my English teacher Dr Jekyll was a drug addict. He called my class and told us to not talk to him about Lady Macbeth as a witch, Dr Jekyll as a drug addict and Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde being a gay romantic erotica. I laughed at the last one. He thought I as the one who told him that (I was gonna tell him that the lesson after).

  2. Someone compared Kamikaze, the poem, to Macbeth. So I wrote a fanfic crossover of the two. My teacher still haven't buried my in the parking lot yet.

  3. Some English teacher once told me Utterson and Enfield had a gay relationship because of their Sunday walks. I wrote 2 chapters of them (check out my flair) and sent it to my English teacher.

  4. Someone here once said that Macduff was the one who got pregnant and Lady Macbeth's 'take my milk for gall' meant Duncan was breastfed to his death'

  5. "Man is not truly one but truly two" in a Macbeth essay. Spot the error.

  6. My English teacher made prelude weird as hell, starting talking about affairs and stuff. Someone laughed at the quote "a huge peak, black and huge". My teacher glared at that person and asked them to tell the class why he was laughing. Even told us that this is an 18+ poem. Another time he started making suggestive comments at My Last Duchess when it was interpreted that the Duchess was cheating.
