Had my adenoids out as a toddler then my tonsils out a couple of years later. Now almost 40 years later, I find I have no defenses against the common cold. If I'm at all in range of a sniffle, I know I'm going to get sick. And every bug lasts a week or more. I know if I'm going to be around kids in daycare, it's going to put me out of commission. I was wondering if anyone else has a similar issue and has found a way to prevent what feels like the inevitable. The solution can't be to become a permahermit. Thank you in advance.
