I'm looking for some closer evaluation than selling photos provide... do the stainless steel mixing bowls have rolled edges where water can get trapped under?

I'm looking for stainless steel mixing bowls for kitchen use: prep work, possibly serving, etc. But I can't stand when the edges are rolled—water gets trapped in there, and it never feels fully clean.

Does any company make them like that? Plain edge?
