Working on an outdoor Apex quilt with a vintage Necchi 831-100 industrial needle feed.

It has an ordinary 3 phase clutch motor but I wired it on VFD so I can dial motor speed with a potentiometer on the right.

What a relief compared to an ordinary domestic drop feed😀

Working on a MYOG project.

I got Mira BU for free from a local old lady who can't sew anymore.

It was installed in a typical wooden treadle cabinet, but I 3D printed a base for it and installed an electric motor from the same era. It has all of the original attachments and tools. A joy to use and admire.
