Hi everyone, I wanted to share a page from my notebook where I document all my experiments and research in photography. I highly recommend keeping a notebook up to date with all your information (bath temperatures, room humidity, chemicals and papers used, methods, etc.).

I write in French in it, so here’s a quick translation.
Under the photos it says:

Silver gelatin print on washi kozo paper.
Silver gelatin print on washi kozo paper, selenium toned.

Yo, after my post earlier I ran it back. Stopped at 393 ’cause the game was glitching like crazy, super annoying and I was lowkey scared for my Switch lol :))

The images here are scans of silver gelatin prints on baryta paper that I make in my darkroom. They have all been selenium toned, which ensures better long-term preservation and also gives them that slight pinkish hue.

All the images here are scans of silver gelatin prints that I made in my lab. They have all been selenium-toned, which is why they have that slightly pinkish tint.
