I have a Yard Force 120V 2.5Ah x 2 Lithium-Ion 22" Self-Propelled mower (Model: YOLMX225300) that I bought in 2019. I have really liked this mower. And should, for the price they charged. I picked up one additional battery since I got it.

Now the safety lock toggle switch has failed, and I'm stuck. I push the button, but the light won't turn on, and it will not start
Took it to the only Yard Force authorized repair center in my area and the local service shop said I needed : YF00005002 (toggle switch/safety lock button). They sent me back to Yard Force support - I can't find this part number anywhere.
I have three batteries for this mower and it's been a great investment. Really don't want to scrap it over one unavailable part.
I started the dreaded customer support calling cycle and got the same response as the 1 star reviews on Amazon. No real support, no finding of the parts. Transferred from place to place. I got transferred to a Briggs & Stratton line, and the automated service just said go to myproductservice.com . Outdoor power direct can't find any of the parts, and sent me back to Merotec.
Someone at powerdistributors.com sent me the Illustrated Parts Listing for the Y0LMX21P300 which is the non self propelled version. On that document, it’s called Switch Box Assembly and has part number 1938ZB0002
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction, or let me know how to hotwire it or something 😊
