Excited to have weighed in yesterday at under 200, which is my first weight loss goal.

I’m down nearly 65 with zb and 45 additional pounds with a combo of calorie reduction on my own and with Contrave components.

I’m super thrilled, thankful, and grateful to have reached this point. I plan to add a new goal number but I’m not really sure what it’ll be. With my loss I was able to have a much needed major hernia surgery last year.

I’m 61 F starting initially at 310 and starting ZB at 265. I’m much more mobile and stronger. I mostly walk and work with resistance bands. I’d like to start working out with weights but am just using some weights under 5 lbs right now.

I’ve purchased some clothes that fit, including jeans so the comments have been increasingly more frequent. I’m looking forward to a new normal where it’s not a topic of conversation unless I bring it up. I appreciate the sentiments but rather just not engage. I’ve always been a very private person though.

I also feel smaller than I appear in pictures so I’m not sure what my brain is trying to relay. So I look forward for that to be eliminated if at all possible (lol).
