Hi! I got my cheeks pierced 1 month ago with titanium int threaded barbells. I downsized from 1-1/4" to 13/32" (closest they had to 7/8") at the 12 day mark. It's been 19 days since then. I asked my piercer when the next downsize should be, and they just said whenever I begin to see extra length, and when I notice them touching my teeth. I can definitely feel some movement and see some extra length, but not a lot, and it's only been roughly 3 weeks. One side is a bit painful like a canker sore, which makes me wonder if the movement from this length is irritating it, and if it would do better with a downsize by now. But is 3 weeks too short of a time to wait? Thanks!
