Has anyone had issues with DBQ FOIAs?
Backstory is that at the end of March I filed for some exams from January, February, and March. I have the emails with confirmation numbers but they never showed up on my activity in the app or on VA.GOV.
I scheduled and had a VERA appointment where they suggested I file them again. They said they couldn’t see them. I filed again.
I called 1-800-827-1000 who suggested that because I have a FOIA for my C-File that there just going to include them in it.
Both the VERA and call today felt dismissive.
Any ever have problems with a DBQ FOIA not showing up and how did you resolve it?
