My ear has swollen after my daith piercing
I got the daith & tragus pierced 11 days ago, my daith was completely fine up until this morning when it started itching but i’m aware that it’s part of the healing process so i cleaned it with saline as usual. After a while it was kind of pulsating so i started considering i might have irritated it in my sleep somehow as i usually flip around a bit. i went for a hot shower and blow dried my hair and suddenly my ear had become considerably swollen and red. it aches quite a bit and im not exactly sure what to do, it’s not unbearable but it’s definitely noticeable. i’ve had other cartilage piercings but they’re all on the outside of the ear so i feel like im doing something wrong. The bar is surgical steel and a horseshoe. any advice please?
