I have a patient that has blowouts and my facility only provides us CNAs wipes only so I have started to use extra briefs as wipes when i can but if it’s case as to where the brief can’t contain the blowout I started to shower that patient down instead. Should i keep doing this? i feel like this makes me seem lazy
