Alternatives to US companies for a tourism portal
Hello.
With the current American administration, I'd like to find a tourism solution for some smaller regions in the world that does not rely on American products or services. I'd like to provide addresses, contact information, opening hours, reviews, scheduling, and booking options through some sort of portal.
It seems that the world has shifted from using white and yellow pages, TripAdvisor, and yelp to google.
I have tried to find alternate solutions with the assistance of AI and have been directed towards using a CMS, using trustpilot, or reviewing systems like they used in China and South Korea as alternatives.
None of these seem to be viable alternatives.
We are so deeply entrenched in the Google-sphere, though one might believe that there are anti-trust laws preventing them from being so powerful?
If one wanted to provide a portal, like that of a tourism association) for advertising their region, what non-american options would they have?
