So previously did a bachelor of business before going AWOL during covid and job hopping through various labouring/blue collar jobs. I saw my co-workers who were in their 50-60's were struggling with the work now that they were getting too old for it with no back up plans, so i decided to change it up before my back gave out by getting a job in retail dealing with customers, warehousing and delivery driving.

Surprisingly it's going well for me and I'm wondering what exactly can i do with this? What's an alternative path to money or new opportunities outside the obvious transition to leader ship roles?
