Hi All,
Seeing double row villas going for between 4.7 to 5.2-5.3m AED right now, and single row villas going for 5.3 to 5.8m AED on PropertyFinder.
I'm a mortgage buyer, so I have to wait til after handover. What's a realistic price range I can expect post-handover?
