We came from Manhattan to visit Philadelphia after decades away. We spent two days wandering South Philly, and today explored Rittenhouse Square, Reading Terminal, and Society Hill. We started looking at rents and home prices and realize we could live well here—without a car.

But it’s a huge change from NY. Any transplants who are happy they made the change?
