So I recently downloaded curseforge and an error thingy popped up saying error: missing 'server' JVM at (and then what I've got curseforged saved to) and it says please install or use the JRE or JDK that contains these missing components...I can't find anything that says what to do and I've only had my PC a month so I have no idea

So I recently downloaded curseforge to mod my Minecraft and it says missing 'server' JM please install or use JRE or JDK that contains these missing files...tf does that mean?
