i use a dell precision 7560 and it has nvidia t1200, i7 11th gen, 32gb ram, 1080x1920p and has a built in 60hz monitor

2nd monitor is 1080x1920p with 100hz, connected to my laptop hdmi port (hdmi to hdmi)

ive asked chatgpt for solutions and i tried all methods but most didnt work

you can also see on the right it runs on intel integrated graphics instead of the seperate dedicated gpu (rlcraft dregora, but if its normal minecraft, it shows that im using the gpu), ive done research and i cant seem to find any solution
