I would like to get some feedback on the following offer for a non-qualified teacher with 3 years of experience. It's a bilingual school in a "new T1" city:

22000 rmb salary (pre-tax), 2-year contract with a 5% fulfillment bonus, housing and yearly travel allowance included but on the low end.

It would be the first time in China so I'm not sure what to expect in terms of workload, work environment etc. In general, is there room for negotiations? What things should I be asking for or clarify before signing a contract?
