Migraine every day or every 2 days at the same time

I get migraines, mainly every 2 days, at the same time. I start feeling it coming at 10 am and the peak pain is 1 hour-ish later, 11-12, it's horrible and I really cannot find any triggers to it. It can happen anytime, anywhere, doing anything.
I've been suffering with this for like 5 years, but they're not always active, for example, last time I suffered with migraines like this for over a month, was one and a half years earlier. They had stopped but just came back like 1 and a half week ago and I feel like I'm gonna go crazy, the pain is unbereable.
I've decided to visit a neurologist, hoping it's not that expensive as in my country the income isn't the best, but I'm really desperate
Edit: thanks if you read it all. I'm just mainly venting as no one in my inner circle don't really know how and what I feel. They just think it's a normal headache
