4+ years experience in operations (hospitality / multi-unit business)
Currently a General Manager handling end-to-end operations for a 22-unit business
What I’ve done:
Scaled business capacity 2× (11 → 22 units) with zero downtime
Delivered 2× revenue growth through pricing + operational improvements

Built KPI-driven systems (revenue, utilization, margins, etc.)
