Hi all , I've got a Boardman 8.8 MHT Xc mountainbike recently for my 21st and need some advice please 🙏🏻

I've recently within the last month or two noticed that on the Downtube of the bike there is some rubbing occurring from the cables .

I've been looking at getting frame protection film , but having never done anything like this , how does one go about it and mainly , how does one even know the size needed ?

It's all a foreign concept to me and I want this bike to last me a good 10 years minimum if I can help it .
