Examiners, why not just allow all claims?
I'm on the other side prosecuting applications. I hear examiners are under immense time constraints. My question is, what is stopping you from just blanket approving a claim or two?
Idk how this the examining process works which is why i ask.
Also, how much time do you get when we request interviews? Are interviews good in the sense they give you extra time?
If I have allowable matter and will just incorporate in a dependent claims to an independent, will an interview help you out?
