Can’t seem to figure out what EXACTLY I’m doing wrong. Please feel free to critique as much as you’d like

There’s a noticeable lack in pop. I’m overcompensating by using the nose as the tail and vice versa

3 main questions
1. Is there anyway for it to last after this?
2. Is there a way to prevent it from happening?
3. Should I buy a new board?
